November Support & Guy Fawkes
Hello families,
As we head into November, we're sharing a few ways to support our school community, whether that's helping raise funds for student programs, ordering a Thanksgiving meal through a local partner, or contributing to our gift card drive for families who could use extra support this season.
Your fun fact for this week: Nov 5th in the UK is recognized as Guy Fawkes Day. He was a soldier who in 1605 conspired to assassinate King James I. It was a foiled attempt which, interestingly, is now celebrated across the British Isles with fireworks and bonfires.
Thank you, as always, for being such a wonderful part of our school community

Ways to Support Our Community This Season:
Cherrydale Fundraising:
Our big fundraiser will close October 30th, and we’re aiming for at least $1,500 to support important student and community needs this year.
If you haven’t registered yet, please take a moment — it truly helps: https://www.shopfund.com/parentregister : Group Code: BMLF8
Students/families who register and add 10 contacts get entered into a drawing with over 1,000 prizes (Apple AirPods, MacBook Pros, Visa gift cards, and more). Plus — the first 50 students who add 10 contacts will get a prize at school! Get Registered NOW at: FundPrizes.com
If you don’t want to sign up, no worries — just reach out to another parent you know to ask if they signed up and they can pass along a registration link and you can place an order through that link.
We're currently at $417 of our $1,500 goal. Every order, registration, and share helps move us closer. Thank you for supporting our students and community!

Supporting Families This Thanksgiving
While our fundraising efforts help support programming throughout the year, our Thanksgiving Gift Card Drive has a more immediate goal: helping ensure families in our community have a little extra support during the holiday season. If you're in a position to contribute, we'd be grateful for any amount.
To ensure every family feels supported, we’re launching our Thanksgiving Gift Card Drive early this year. Contributions will help us provide gift cards to families who need extra support during the break.
If you’re in a position to give, your donation—no matter the amount—will make a meaningful difference. Click the link below to contribute.
